Trim Healthy Pancakes

Who doesn’t love to order pancakes at IHOP or make your own pancakes at homewith maple syrup and butter! Yum, but those pancakes whether a store-boughtmix or homemade will not provide you with a slim and trim fit into your favorite pickleball outfit.


If you are gluten intolerant, buy the oats in the gluten free section. Thesepancakes add energy without the heavy feeling of being stuffed before a tournament or regular pickleball play. Besides, they are delicious!


There are only a few ingredients *Egg Whites *Low-Fat Cottage Cheese *BakingPowder * Sweetener *Vanilla *Old Fashioned Oats


Directions:
 Put 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats into a blender until oats turn to powder.
 Turn off the blender and add 1 cup of 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 1 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, or Non-Fat Cottage Cheese.
 Add 2 tsp. Aluminum Free Baking Powder, 2 – 3 tsp Truvia Sweetener, and adash of Vanilla. Blend well.
 Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan to medium temperature. Spray thepan or skillet and scoop mixture with a ladle for the desired pancake size.
 Flip pancakes until done.

My fav toppings are Greek Yogurt, Raspberries, and Sugar Free Maple Syrup!
